Solution Overview
AXtension® LPP is easy to operate, flexible and
customizable. The system can be configured according to specific
wishes and needs. The details of existing and planned orders are
included in the capacity details dashboard. Use a weight factor,
set lead times and product characteristics to determine the
required start moment. Based on the Lean Manufacturing principle
you customize the priority setting. The lead time is then
determined based on these priorities and the capacity planning
maintained. When a priority is edited, all settings are
recalculated and a new end or start date is determined. This
AXtension® indicates if an order threatens to exceed the
delivery date by flagging the order concerned, to clearly indicate
its priority. This allows an immediate response directly from the
dashboard so the delivery date can still be met.
